    I didn't get what I wanted, with this Covid-19 messed me up. I didn't get anything I could use. But salesman on the phone I can exchange it when I can get into store. I hope so! See I am 72 and no hands so things are very hard to do. I have an Apple iPod about 5 years ago and battery died. I needed something light easy to type as no hands, I wanted to have everything copied from that iPod but no it transferred everything from my older iPod about 10 years old and it has an older email address so now so much won't open. Plus I lost my 34 chapter book I wrote Another problem is since I have no hands my touch is very light so if I type a sentence only about one word is correct

    I'm still trying to learn all the features on the Apple Ipad. Since there are really no instructions to speak of, I had to buy a book to figure it out. Not a plug and play....setup was crazy. Much different than using a HP microsoft laptop which I prefer. I don't use it that often.
