    The iPad we purchased for my daughters birthday was not in stock in store so we ordered online. It took over three weeks to receive. Keep in mind we ordered a brand new iPad, not an open box or refurbished item. Upon arrival and unboxing, the iPad rose gold, appeared used. It displayed scuff marks on the back of the iPad and the corners. It also had a a dirty screen with black chips of plastic, not sure where that came from. Either way, the packaging it came in also was damaged. Again the box itself and packaging almost resembled a knockoff brand. Other than that, I would highly encourage purchasing in store instead of online. I believe we got a refurbished item instead of a new item.

    I wish I would’ve kept iPad Pro the iPad is too small. Associate did not show me anything I had to use it very disappointing put it in a bag and have a nice day didn’t even ask if I had a rewards card. I had to go to the AT&T store to buy a cover for it

    When I was trying to go on web pages the aspect ratio seems to be cut off and the screen should be one more inch towards the right so you won't have to scroll to the right on chrome browser pages.
