I can’t give it anymore than 3 stars. Two main complaints, It’s not very fast, loading..Also, at times I click on something and it does nothing. So glad I took out the extra care package. If it keeps up I’ll have to take it into Best Buy.

Would've liked an instruction booklet to look at while trying to find my way through the operating system. As a senior, I'm not as techy as the younger generation. Still having trouble figuring out things. Just have to do trial and error.

I like the product itself, apple as company leaves much to desire. Great hardware but so much push for services and paywalls with apple, and their icloud and ifiles and icrap services. It's fine and average as far as tablets go.

Just after a year it stopped working and won't turn on again. I will take it to the local Apple authorized service center and see what they have to say. Today makes exactly a month after the regular one year warranty.

I know, I Know.... If I wanted more memory just spring for the higher storage. But in 2019 32 gigs is just way too small amount even for an entry model. That being said it does everything I need to surf the web, and play games on long flights.

This Apple iPad is not very impressive and is expensive for what you get. As usual, Apple makes it difficult to connect to non-Apple printers and no ability to expand the memory (why is that so hard?).

Everything is good except for how It overheats in literally 75 degree weather. It overheats like crazy. I can’t take It anywhere because the temperature is too hot all the time. Can’t do anything outside with It.

Receive error message saying to update iCloud. When we do it just loads for an hour or more. Will not update. Tried Geek squad and tech support and am told it’s a know issue and it is being worked on by Apple

This is a gift and has not been used yet. Best Buy would not price match day after I purchased it. Target had it 20 dollars less. Next time I will just go to Target.

This iPad will sometimes leave the screen I was in and go to another screen. It is very frustrating when I am in the middle of something. I have had to reboot it a few times. Is this normal or is it defective?

I purchased this iPad on sale (6/3/20)for my grandson's birthday (he's 7). The main reason being due to Covid 19 we didn't know if school would resume in the fall or not and he needed something just in case. I gave it to him on 6/26 and was so excited! He played some games on it and watched youtube. On 7/3 my daughter plugged it in to charge it and nothing happened, it wouldn't charge. Needless to say I'm disappointed that I can't return this to the store, now I have to deal with apple. Overall Apple is a great product, I have owned several different items over the past 10 yrs.

I have to admit this is clunkier than I expected. I have an iphone and a MacBook and they are both pretty slick. Not so this ipad. I've had several tablets and this is the hardest to use of all of them.

My new iPad arrived on time but in damaged condition. When I turned it on, the screen was cracked and damaged beyond repair. However, Best Buy was great to work with to replace the damaged device.

I purchased this iPad because my 2nd gen has reached its end of the road. I have some issues with social media and app connection but when I restart it, it’s okay. Overall it’s the iPad I know and love!

Endless time and issues that it took trying to get through to someone either with their chat or by phone. Just had a question, but it took most of a full day to get one item purchased. A bummer.

Looking back I was unable to find anything that indicated the iPad was WiFi only. I had already started to set it up when I took it in for help and found it was WiFi only. Very disappointing

Bought this 2nd one for my mom bc she cracked the previous one and she loves it. If you can , spend for the iPad with the most memory too. Price is ok.

Doesn’t surprise me for an Apple product that it seems like it already has some glitches, the screen tends to shake every now and then. Also the battery life is horrible from the start.

Good price for an easy to use tablet. Only issue is with the screen. It cracked in the lower corner. Only had it a couple weeks saw very little use and was in a protective case.

I did have issues with turning on and I had to bring to Best Buy two times and I’m not happy about that I trust Apple but this is not what I was expecting from Apple
