I had to return iPad after several attempts to set up an Apple ID acct. I Gave up. Not easy to get help with troubleshooting. Item is too expensive Not to be able to use easily.

I got it to replace the time clock at my office. The iPad works fine for the Homebase app which is the only thing it gets used for. It looks like an iPad and quacks like an iPad.

Bought an I pad, a case and a screen protector. It was like pulling teeth to get help. Went back two days later to buy TurboTax. The associate up front pointed to the back of the store. When I couldn’t find it, I went back for help. There were three associates standing at the front desk. When I said I couldn’t find TurboTax, one of them said, “I guess we’re out,” not “Let’s see if I can help you find it.” I went next door to Office Max and bought the software right at the counter.

This iPad is much faster than my older model and I like the feature that syncs it with my phone. I can’t wait to use the Apple Pencil.

Even with very little running in the background and location services turned off, the battery dies very quickly. Wish I would have kept my 2018-19 version. That was way better

Had a lot of trouble setting it up and getting it to work seamlessly. Not the most productive of productivity tools and is only compatible with the first Pencil.

It's really terrible that with the new Apple products that a smart phone is needed to set their other products up. I returned this item and bought an android. I'll stick to Microsoft.

I bought it in February and by June the volume buttons quit working. I have found a way around the problem, but I would expect better QC for such a large company.

This iPad is not the best quality, my kid bend it so easily while trying to put a case, the iPad was new, it only works for 2 weeks

They like it a lot. I was surprised it was reasonably priced for being Apple. Felt it was unfortunate that you cannot expand the storage with an sd card.

The product is good except i am having some trouble with the apps and nobody can help. i have to wait until i can go in a store or have a tech out here.

I replaced a 2015 IPad Air with this device. Noticeably less sharp screen image and heavier. Like returning to my original 2010 IPad. Not recommended.

Sold as “latest model” it is not. Makes it difficult to find the right case for it. Not to mention it’s just wrong. Good product, crap advertising.

The IPad is the first Apple product that I have purchased for myself. I am enjoying myself learning. I can't really give an accurate rating right now.

I have a few iPad, notice if u are using the iPad and charge the battery the same time, it will take forever to have the iPad fully charged.

Everything is fine but description isn't. I bought an open box which is supposed to be new with no flaws scratches ect. Mine has a small dent in the back.

While I really like this iPad, I noticed the battery drains pretty quickly. Especially when streaming videos. My older iPad actually outlast it.

The only thing I’m having problems with is that it takes so long to charge. I didn’t have it for a month yet. Idk who to contact about that.

It worked good for like 6 months and then it was dropped and cracked, the battery stopped holding charge.

I love my ipad but when charging it the cord gets so hot and I’m worried it might cause a fire. So I will be returning the cord for a new one.
