Disgruntled with order

But I felt a little duped since it was hard to tell that these weren't the latest ones. There is no indication of generation in the name and the price was the same as the new one... Have to return

Malfunctioning

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my daughter she had it less than a week and when she FaceTimes me I can’t hear her but I can hear her perfectly on voice memo and sometimes when she uses it it’ll close out whatever she’s on and start to make all the apps shake and then they all turn grey the screen goes black and comes back on after a few seconds. Trying to do apple care but they want me to pay a deductible for a tablet that’s less than a month old.
