No instructions - not sure how to set up my new iPad

Battery life too short. Takes too long to charge.

Battery level is not good and will discharge very fast

one of the port stopped charging but my kids used for schooling and fun times \ we love it we so buy another one, only thing that is upsetting is one of the ports broke it will not keep the the charger in the spot,

The guy that sold it was not very friendly, he was a bit dismissive towards me and the person that was with me. I have shopped at Best Buy for years, I will continue to go there. for the most part, I have not had any issues

Literally 1 year and month aftwr purchase the ipad did an update and died. Apple Literally kiled our ipad with an update. Geek squad could not fix it and recommend we buy a new one.

I bought this for my 10-year old son. While placing the ipad in the case I purchased for him, the screen cracked like a fault line. I was shocked and upset given how the damage occurred. No drop or anything.

You must attract customers into the store rather than assuming they are leper’s. The store has no positive vibe, associates are adequately friendly. Your sales must be awful, people want to SHOP

Not a fan. Constantly signs me out of websites. Constant double screens. Many minor issues I didn’t have with my Samsung. I liked my older Samsung much better but I am stuck with this thing.

The screen is very fragile compared to the 9.7 inch models. Mine cracked and the lower bezel was hollow and now has a hole which explains the fragility. Also the cost of replacement is almost the price of the equipment which means that they don’t care much for support outside their paid warranty. I’m very disappointed considering these are so expensive they should be more durable.

Very usable after it is set up. Tech over the phone was very helpful as the Ipad was bought during the shelter in place aspect of the pandemic.

I brought this I pad three weeks ago. For my daughter. When I noted it is too late. It changed so slow. It took 8 hours It only charged 80% . If I knew it happen I will return it right away.

The speed is super slow and basically worthless if you are used to speed on other devices. I wish I would not have bought this at all. It was a total waste of money.

Purs failed in 4 days. Turned out to be a faulty touch screen. Basically acted like it was possessed. Luckily we purchased apple care, but I worry quality has gone downhill.

Can I bring to a store for help? I am confused with operating the pad...please send me something so I can get assistance when I arrive
