Received this for Christmas. Was using a mini before. I love the screen size and all the features. Lots to learn but will love exploring

The IPad is probably ok... but my Husband was setting it up and put info in wrong!! Can Not get Best Buy to help and Can Not get Apple to help!! Looks like we waisted our money!!

At first I thought I got a great deal since it was priced at 100$ discount from current price. Now I’m starting to think I was sold a refurbished iPad that doesn’t have a full or great, healthy battery. I tried to return it and since it was a online order I have been passed alone from call number to website to call number and now I’m afraid my warranty is up iPad has died on me while charging.

After 9 months of owning and being inside a protective case the ENTIRE time with very light use, somehow it's bent in the middle. :.( It still works perfectly fine but the bend is actually pretty bad I can't help but notice it. . . This is heart shattering I wish they weren't so easily bent Ive seen this issue all over the place. If youre buying these please be very very careful as the new thin tablets these days are prone to bend from being so skinny.

This is just for general use, not a fancy one by far. Just developed a problem with screen going black. Internal short somewhere, I tap it it comes back on ?

Giant iPhone 4 with better graphics. Don’t confuse with more expensive iPad — this one doesn’t have half the capability

Own an iPad air2 which is now running slow. Purchased latest model although it's heavier and the screen show finger prints more than air2

I called the store and I was told that once I turned in the defective iPad that I would receive another iPad within the week and it would be shipped to my home. When I dropped off the iPad I was told that I was given the wrong information and Best Buy would process a refund and I could just order another one but iPads were out of stock. This was very poor customer service and I don’t think I will order anything else from Best Buy.

May have to take this to the Geek Squad. Battery life is terrible and we can't tell if this is a bad ipad or battery life should be this bad.

Screen is extremely sensitive and easy to shatter. Do not recommend for children. The battery life isn’t great.

It's an iPad.. They're great til they die the exact day AFTER their warranty expires like two out of my last three did.. coincidence??

Accidently locked myself off. iPad not recognizing my fingerprint and tried several password. Can't get help due to pandemic

I purchased an iPad on May 16 which should have arrived on May 28. I received a message saying it would arrive earlier on May 27, the following day I received another message stating “Your package is arriving earlier than expected.” and the new arrival date is now June 1. I have ordered 3 iPad just this month alone from Best Buy all with the same experience. I’m done!! Amazon, I know you’ll do better.

your support was the worst i now have to bring it to APPLE to get it brought up to date went to try to go to a best buy class one on one nothing got accomplished will have to go to apple for COMPLETE update of i pad and class at apple to find out how to use it i ask myself WHY didn't i buy at apple store and cut out the middle man which is YOU so much for my geek squad member ship it prove less than useless

Not at all pleased with this item. This was an anniversary gift. Purchased it 2 months early and when it was opened it never even came on after it was fully charged. Not I find out the time to return it has expired.

When I first purchased this item it was fast, efficient, and saved battery really well. Now, it can barely be on more than 20 minutes without having storage and memory issues.

More instructions on how to use all the features. I don’t Think I should have pay a company or a learning group. Why?

I bought this for my daughter who is 9 years old as a Easter gift. She used it and about a week later the charger stopped charging the iPad. I also purchased Apple care. I was very disappointed when I spoke to someone about this issue. They want to charge me 30 dollars for a new charger. I am very disappointed it’s extremely hard right now especially in the pandemic. Horrible service
