Bought two Ipads from Bestbuy for approximately 550 dollars plus. But the reward points was never issued for the purchase. I was shocked and disappointed. The primary reason why I shop with Bestbuy rather with Amazon or eBay is because of the reward point that BestBuy use to award to their reward customers to apply toward future purchases. I guess Bestbuy no longer want my business.

After 4 days of having this iPad, it was dropped and basically exploded. There was damage to the outer screen, the inner LEDs, the battery, the motherboard, and the case. Apple wouldn't acknowledge that it was more than a broken screen and wouldn't honor the warranty. It was in a military grade protective case when this happened as well. Totally defective product!

The battery seems to be slightly faulty. It runs out of battery very fast and takes a long time to charge.

Love the iPad hate that I cannot download SecureWeb from home. Just sits for hours with a spinning wheel!

Cheap product, charge broke in less than a month and the battery of the iPad itself dies right away.

Product doesn't stay charged long the charger is weak,my grand daughter is very unhappy with your product

Same old incompatible ipad. Don't know why they continue to restrict capabilities to industry standards.

I am disappointed with this product. I did not know that the Ipad 7th generation could not operate without using my iPhone as a hot spot on "low data mode". This model cannot be connected to a separate phone line. Beware if you think it will operate on it's own. I purchased this on line with no guidance or information on operation limitations.

Good iPad battery life up to 48 hours easy to navigate

The iPad after setting it up (which I’ve never had a problem with) was horrible! Tried using FaceTime and no one can hear me but I can hear them. Tried to call to get an exchange and then had to have an appt two weeks out. Still waiting for my appt day. They also won’t do a return because it’s been longer than 15 days. Kind of annoying.

Its ios which is good easy operating system but the tablet is trashly made easy to break

Product broken after warranty. No cracks or drops. How to replace?

broke after 3 months . when i got a replacement from a limited warranty it just came as it looked new but not sure if they just refurbished one and sent it from apple . i would stick with with apple air pad better deal im sorry i made this purchase

iPad headphone port didn’t work and had to send back to apple for a replacement

Ok for watching videos, lags constantly with simple tasks. Not what I expected.

Have not been able to even use the product!!! Was excited for the purchase/gift give. Have tried numerous time with Apple and even the Geek Squad....and still have. It been able to log on or even use the device. We have another appt with Apple and if that doesn't work out we will be returning the item!
