good, but would upgrade storage

It’s now August 27th and I already had to send it back to Apple. Screen went completely black with some weird white lines through it. My husband said “that’s what you get for buying Apple”

Battery drains to 0% while plugged into charger

This is the only one that has ever had the battery drain to 0% even while plugged in to the charger. We need to exchange it! I hope it is not the model itself and the devise has a faulty battery.

This item came locked then was told to take it to the store And return it after attempts at unlocking it only to be told by the store they can’t take back locked items even though I got it that way.
