Let me be really verbose about it: I have reviewed!

I recommend this product because it's really easy to use and portable. I also recommend this product because the battery can last up to two days with one charging. What sets it apart is that the Touch ID sensor is more protected. Basically that the sensor has more privacy. The best part about this product is that this iPad has a bright screen and great speakers for great audio and great quality of the screen. One specific example is that this iPad has a really good camera quality for recording and photos.

Very disappointed about this product! It gets hot after 20 mins of use and the screen freezes a lot! It doesn’t look like a new product. It looks more like a refurbished item!

I have bought several apple ipads and this one is cheaper but also cheaper quality. Hardly use it because I still have an ipad air 2 and it has a small crack on the screen. Just wait till a better ipad comes out. You get what you Pay.

Purchased online including geek squad , gmail stopped working on iPad after 3days. Returned all items associated with purchase to Best Buy in California md; now I have a bill . How? I don’t know but I reported issue to bbb.

This had to be returned, it kept glitching and freezing then would turn off on its own. I couldn't understand what the problem was, with as many apple products I have had I think it could just be a fluke.

Battery quit charging 13 months after purchase. With a 12 month warranty, I suspect a new battery will cost more than I pad. I have a Ipad Air thats probably 15 years old that still holds a charge and works nicely.

i’ve had this tablet for 5 years now, still runs great, apple pencil first gen still works perfectly fine with it never had a problem with it

I received the first IPad and there where issues with the screen, so they sent me another one and it doesn’t hold the charge. When I called the rep told me o sorry there is nothing I can do so just return it.

Excellent equipment that has always worked well and has been a great,help to my children with their schoolwork, I recommend it 100%.

It was easy to set up and get used to using. This was my first apple device . I like that it has a headphone jack and the images are pretty crisp. I feel as though the battery does drain a bit quickly when I'm watching videos and it does take a bit of time to charge. However, overall I feel like it was a great purchase.

garbage.....it stopped working after 1 year. Apple is no longer known for making good product. Just like all other companies, they are flooding the market with garbage

I Never rec this order !!! The order was somehow shipped to KY ! Order was cancelled !! I was NOT happy about that ! I finally went to Amazon for this item !!! Never buying from you AGAIN !!!

The iPad won’t hold a charge for more than 2 hours and never fully charges.

I’ve had this iPad for going on 4 years and mever had any issues with it. I hope to upgrade soon to a 10 generation iPad.

Give it to my mother-in-law now it's just a paperweight I gave it back to you guys just because there's no reason to have it I can't use it

I had did the one hour thing it wasnt ready so i had it shipped it took 3 days to get but i wanted the 1hour ready pick up . Best buy is all over the place

The sound is horrendous. Crackles and low volume. I missed the tiny return window while I was trying to make sure it was messed up care=fully due to covid.

I got my iPad and it was broken, I called for a new and I did Not get it, they just gave the money back when I specifically said that I didn't want the money

Lasted for a short time. The battery overheated and it died. Apple has gone straight down hill with their beautiful, but horrible QC related junk.
