The Ipad worked great for about 2 yrs then it would not come on at all! Tried to charge it nothing worked sad that we were not able to use it longer. Stayed cased not sure why it completely stopped working.

I decided to upgrade my iPad mini since it is not getting any more updates. I have everything Apple except a HP Beats Laptop which I regret buying instead of sticking with my Apple products. It was freezing up in the middle of everything, so I decided to get this iPad and get things back on track. I also purchased the Apple Keyboard so that it will double as a laptop for me and it works perfectly! The screen is very nice and the colors are beautiful. The battery life is excellent as with all of Apple products. The price was good also.

It’s a great IPad for pre-teens. We purchased it for my 11 year old daughter for her school and games and she loved it.

Too bad they discontinued it! Very good for school and work !

I love this thing for school. This with the apple pencils is great.

Works well and gets the job done for me. I play games watch YouTube and movies and it handles it well. Its unfortunate that it doesn't have a lot of storage but I just use a USB adapter.

This iPad is value for money. It has great features without breaking the bank.

I love all things Apple, however, I would not recommend this iPad. This iPad is a good cheap tablet if you are getting it for kids who don't care about picture quality. Yes, when on sale, this iPad is a great price but I would never want to use this as my daily iPad for one big reason. The screen is NOT laminated. Think that doesn't matter, try looking at a laminated screen vs a non laminated screen and you will not want to go back. For someone that does not want to spend a ton of money on the iPad Pro models, I would recommend the iPad Air 3. It has the A12 chip and has a laminated display at a reasonable price.

I thought this would be great for an independent living senior with progressing dementia. It works fine except when the update nag messages and other automated process nag message windows pop up and block further use. Talked with Apple about locking down all the automated processes with no success. Thus, cannot dependably use this device for intended senior.

Ipad was very reliable. No problems amd very speed. Will contimue to support Apple products.

I enjoy my Apple iPad it just says Wifi on it and it works great for my home and when I want to take it with me I'd link it to my Apple iPhone. I've had no problems with it, and I enjoy using it

Absolutely love this iPad , the fact that it's compatible with the apple pen makes it even more attractive. excellent for taking notes, the display quality is wonderful. miles above my older iPad. excellent option given its price point.

Excellent battery and display, good for kids gaming

I would’ve given it five stars however the volume buttons on the top are reversed you have to press to the left button to raise the volume and press to the right button to lower the volume. You would think they would base the configuration on an analog volume knob where you always turn the volume up by turning the knob to the right and down to the left. Sometimes it’s dumb to be different.

This ipad is my favourite. I strongly recommend this if you're planning to buy one.
