    Over all the I pad was well at first and continue to use happily but I noticed that it took hour to charge even 25% and than die so fast

    I was supposed to receive this on October 15th, since the release date by Apple was September 30th. However, it was delivered on Sep 26th! It is "out-of-the-box" beautiful and amazing! I upgraded from my iPad Mini 3. Extremely happy with the new iPad Retina Display.

    Error code (4014) came up a year later. Wouldn’t update or do anything. Apple specialist advised it was a HARDWARE FAILURE. & the only option I had was to buy a whole new iPad

    Very disappointed in apple right now. Only had this for 2 years and hardware issue occurred. Someone told me this generation has processor issues. Definitely considering another product.

    I bought this new iPad in October and in February it no longer charges. I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase. $319 for what? It won't turn on. I must now pay to get it fixed.

    Not this 1 but an IPad air. Only lasted 2 years and would not turn on anymore. I got a Samsung tab A and still works after 5 years with it
