    First Apple product for me...lots of experience with Windows products, but none with Apple. I had to buy it for an app I needed to use. I was having trouble figuring things out, tried out some Apple Support, and they identified my problem quickly and got me on the road! I'm really liking this thing...been playing around with it to see what it will do, and I'm happy with it!
