    Good upgrade. Had to shop around but after much haggling and showing where I could get the item for less and the manager’s approval ( finally) was approved. This was unusual for Best Buy.The reason I always shop there was for their service and fairness. I have shopped at Best Buy stores for over 35 years never had this problem before!

    Excellent product. Great GUI. Excellent picture. Tremendous volume. Wish the batter life lasted longer and not so many updates, but that is the current way large tech companies operate.
