So far so good, battery life is great, and the storage is enough for an iPad. Love how it performs as well. Definitely recommend

This is the fifths iPad we own over the years since the first generation. This 8th generation is not much better than my two years old iPad Air. However it is a bit bigger yet lighter to hold. It does everything well from playing arcade games to watching movies and light office/art works. The cameras are suitable for video conferences as well as taking good pictures. Basically we want a tablet that always works, iPad always delivers. We also used Samsung tablet but decided the frequent locking up or slowness on Android devices are not worth some minimal saving when time to upgrade.

This version is lighter and zippier than it's predecessor. The screen also has more real estate. Go for the 128GB, you'll definitely thank yourself!

I previously own the 7th generation iPad and this one is quite faster than previous one. The storage is great for what it is worth. Also the accessories from the 7th work for this one as well.

Bought this new IPad to replace my last one because the memory was full and could not load the last OÍS software update. This model is right for my use and I purchased the 128GB to accommodate my current and future apps and updates. I received a very good trade in value for my former IPad which brought down the price of this new one to what I felt was a reasonable price, and motivated me to make an outright purchase. I do not need the capabilities of the IPad Pro or pay for them because of the use I give to this tablet.

The iPad is still the best tablet on the market for the price. If you want better features quit being cheap and buy the higher priced models. You can only put so much into a $350ish tablet. It already has an amazing screen, chip, gpu. What else do you expect? This iPad will work for 90% of everyone that doesn’t have a laptop. I just got mine and I prefer the Touch ID. The new processor really shows. It’s about 2x as fast on all the tests. You might not need to upgrade if you have the 7th gen though. If you have an older model and want to upgrade, I say do it.

Replaced a Samsung Tablet for a light duty user. Impressed with how solid the performance is primarily for the price with a few key nice features (pen, fast charger, keyboard support, etc.)... Good battery (10 hours), and quick charging. 128 GB storage is more than suitable for what we are doing as is the 1.2MP Camera. Good value

I purchased this as Black Friday deal. It's a nice tablet. I had an Apple phone a long time ago, so I was excited to see some of my old contacts. I also have an iPod that has music, movies and pictures. Set up was easy. All of my information, music, movies and tv shows came back. I played around with his for a while. It was fun. I opened every app to see what they did. Some I knew I would use and some not at all. Last year during Black Friday, I purchase the iPad Mini. Love it. I needed something smaller at that time, but I returned it. I couldn't justify the price. Purchased this because I wanted to replace another tablet that I had. Since I no longer have an iPhone, to much work to move stuff over from the Windows tablet to this one. Yes, I know, I could have transferred everything to the cloud and pulled it down from there. I thought about getting the new iPad Air or a Pro, because of the USB C port, but I changed my mind all together and returned it. For the short time that I had it, it was a great tablet. Watching movies was good, sound quality for listening to music was great. Maybe I'll revisit it later. I'm still looking to replace my Windows. I'll keep searching.

I am very pleased with my iPad purchase. I didn’t want a small screen like air or mini. But didn’t want the hefty price tag attached to a Pro. The 8th generation 10.2 was the right fit for me. The Geek Certified refurbished option was a plus for me. My new 128 GB iPad arrived well protected for shipping, in the original box, with all accessories and documents. The device has zero nicks dents, scratches and functions perfectly. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase new electronics look at Geek Certified when available.
