    Works great. Screen got a bubble in it. I’m not happy about that. Will have to send it in probably and be without my iPad for at least 2 weeks. NOT HAPPY. Best Buy should exchange me a new one on the spot. When you pay over $500 for a product it should work and it should be easily replaced if there is a problem.

    Good upgrade. Had to shop around but after much haggling and showing where I could get the item for less and the manager’s approval ( finally) was approved. This was unusual for Best Buy.The reason I always shop there was for their service and fairness. I have shopped at Best Buy stores for over 35 years never had this problem before!
