Apple has the best customer service and they are very helpful. The screen is very readable. The design and detail works great for anyone looking for a new IPad. If you are a college student looking for an IPad- this is the one for you. If you are a Mom this one is for you too! Love this product!

Easy movement of photos, games, settings,etc. One small glitch was I could not keep same password for iTunes account.
