    While I love my IPad..my third one, I really despise Apple not having data transfer. When you are not really tech savvy, being a senior, and not good internet directions, trying to transfer data yourself is a frustrating challenge. Last tech buy as it’s not worth the stress. Product is good…customer support stinks.

    Love my new Apple iPad, work great. Setup went smooth, even though my old iPad was not able to be set next to new iPad from transfer of data. Was able to set up an iCloud account and transfer data from old iPad, and then transfer this data to new iPad. As my son says, if you don't know how to do something look it up on internet.
