The I-Pad is far superior to the Kindle Fire that I currently have E. It was easy to set up since I already have an Apple account for my in phone and very easy to use since the interface is so similar to the it phone. I am really enjoying the streaming videos with this tablet.

Got this for my girlfriend and she is going to be very surprised about it because she is not expecting it at all. I'm very excited to give it to her and see how she best utilizes it. I'm looking forward to everything she will make on ProCreate since I also got her an Apple Pencil.

kid broke the last one, and we didn't have apple care . . . . this is both new, improved, and has that whole apple-ee and care-ee thing as well . . . .

I have purchased numerous products in the past several months inclusive of: Macbook Pro Ipad Ergo keyboards and mouse a new monitor Each time the experience has been positive, everyone has been extremely attentive and helpful. This includes the Geek Squad with my new computer setup, etc.

Online purchase and in-store pickup went well, smooth and expeditious. Here’s hoping my wife’s trade in process goes as smooth. Recommend offering trade in options on online purchase site. In this case purchase was a gift so needed post pick up trade in options explained.

The iPad has the feature I had needed to work the Apple Pencil and I also enjoy the optimized storage space! I choose to provides 4/5 rating not because of the product’s functionality, but due in part to its pricing and the rebate offered by apple for refurbishment of my old product. Between the new purchased items price and the rebate amount there was a difference of over $400 all for the added feature of use with an Apple Pencil. Best Buy is always great at supplying the newest tech at affordable pricing, something Apple neglects and burdens on its consumers with every new release.

Is there anything else better than Ipad for this price ? I dont think so. My daughter beaten it, thrown it countless times( on carpet) and danced on it. Not a single problem I faced. Like it until you face any hardware issues and they say it cost you the same as new to repair :(

Great ipad. The only issue is with the price, as all Apple products are pricey versus the competion. My iphone, ipad and Mac are great, but you pay for it. But as with countless others, I prefer Apple products. Seemless, easy to use and endless updates, which keeps them current.

This iPad is amazing! What can I say. I’ve been using it for only about a week, but I’ve been so much more productive. I’ve been getting my work and assignments done, I’ve been learning and taking notes, I’ve been learning to draw. Over all, it’s amazing. Buy it already!

The IPad was everything they said it would be. My problem was that it was just to much for me. I just couldn’t figure what to do. I took the IPad back for a refund. Please understand I didn’t take it back because it was defective, it just was not what I wanted. I do most of my shopping at Best Buy just for-that reason. I went to the counter explained why I no longer wanted it. I explained why, showed them my receipt and they took care of me. They were very polite, and never once did they give you like your stupid. Best Buy thank you. I walked away with a smile on my face.

Purchased for my niece who broke her old version. Quick and easy purchase at the Chattanooga Best Buy. The sales staff was fast and knowledgeable. In and out within 20 minutes. Thrilled the product was in stock so I could get it shipped the next day. Thanks!!

Great portable tool for my daughter/student. Ample storage for her sheet music. Decent value but it’s inconvenient to still have to shop for accessories separately.

This is an amazing iPad and it’s the tablet that gives you the most bang for your buck If you’re looking for a good tablet this is in my opinion the best one on the market. And if you’re a student I’ll advise you look for the student discount on the Apple website they honor it. :)

Love everything about it! Loved the price, the access to curbside delivery, setting it up as I’m not computer savvy! It was a Black Friday deal and I had to wait for it to come in and the store contacted me actually before the date it was promised! Love dealing with Best Buy!

Had an iPad many years ago through my job. Retired recently so I had to return it. Tried another brand first, then return it through the trade in program and came back to iPad as my wife suggested. Of course she was right as usual. So far enjoying it so much more.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my teen daughter. Has been great so far. She uses it to watch movies, Netflix, FaceTime with friends primarily. Glad we got enough space to download some movies for traveling (someday after COVID) when she doesn’t have WiFi available.

I have had an iPad since the first generation came out 10 years ago. I am currently using a second generation iPad mini and looking forward to opening this one for Christmas. Looking at the specs and knowing apples quality of products, it was a good choice to get this item.

Never thought I'd ever own an Apple product because I live Android but this pad is very nice. Don't think I'll ever buy a iPhone but I'll keep the pad.

Review for Apple 10.2 inch iPad (8th generation) with WiFi. Granted, Apple products are overpriced, but I love the way they sync seamlessly. Got this for my daughter mainly for her art - bought with a non-Apple (= much cheaper) electronic pencil and she's been very happy.

The service we received was very good. I was very happy with the customer service we received. The Geek Squad was very helpful, and efficient. They helped me fix my problem with no issues. We continue to be pleased with the service we receive from Best Buy and the Geek Squad.
