It’s cute and small. Definitely an upgrade from my 6 year old one. I would recommend but be sure to purchase a case for it. It’s very light and small.

Really not a bad tablet for the price. It doesn't have a lot of the bells and whistles of higher end tablets but you get a lot of bang for your buck.

I like the I-pad very much. It is quite versatile and the images have good resolution. I did have trouble with uploading the Webroot security package. The loading instructions were not very precise. I needed some help from the Geek Squad to properly install this package.

Obviously the Apple iPad is a fine product but the welcome,friendly service and great accommodations provide you Best Buy during these trying times was very impressive. I able to purchase on line and pick it up at the store within 30 minutes,the time it took to drive there.

Replaced my old one that had to be charged 2 times a day. The only bad thing I can say about this one is the size and weight. I hold it with my left hand and now It hurts my between the thumb and index finger. The weight takes some getting use to.

After not being able to activate for 3 days because of an outage at Apple, it works great. Couldn’t imagine having an iPad without a pencil ever again.

We needed a new iPad as our last one wouldn’t do much beyond getting email. So this was an early Christmas present. After connecting it to the cloud it is set up just like the previous one. We’re very happy with it. We’re big fans of Apple products. This one is great.

I am a big fan of iPads. This one is primarily dedicated for boating and navigation. As with other Apple products, the ease of use is a seller.

Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this tablet overall. But the rose gold color is a must-have for any girly-girl! So beautiful! Now I’m just having issues trying to find a clear case to hold my iPad and Apple Pencil!! Don’t wanna hide this gem of a tablet!

Nice consumer tablet! I like the functionality of apple pencil. Usable for taking notes. I can tell the latency when you use it for drawing, if you're looking for a tablet for painting or drawing, I think Ipad pro is the best. But for basic stuff this ipad is great!

Love the size, not to small and not to big like the iPad Pro, friendly user and good quality pictures and screens, colors are beautiful.

Easy to setup and use picture quality is great the kids use it all the time and think it is better than the tv

It’s Apple. You know it’s good. My second. Would buy again. BUT what should really be noted.....bought online and picked up in store a bit later that day. The easiest such purchase I’ve ever made. Flawless execution on Best Buy’s part and FAST in and out.

Very satisfied with customer surface. Clerk was outstanding. The only disappointment was in using our Best Buy credit card. We use it infrequently and found it to be invalid during our purchase. This is the second time this has occurred. We could not renew as we have an credit alert to prevent credit identify theft from occurring. So we chose our MasterCard. We are in the process of purchasing an Samsung 41” or so smart T V. But will have to determine if Walmart or Target are better choices since we have to pay cash or MasterCard.

Apple always make a quality ipad, As a refresh from a 3 year old model it does ok. Nothing really great about the model, but was a great price point

It's overpriced because Apple products are overpriced but it is easy to use and transferred material from previous IPad fairly easily.

Excellent product, and fast shipping! Could not be happier with my purchase. Only regret is that I just bought a 7th generation in March for pretty much the same price.. But you'll have that, with tech. At least my daughter will have the latest and greatest. :-)

The Fort Myers, FL store is extremely well managed and Don in the Apple section is wonderful. He patently listened to my needs and recommended the absolutely correct ipad. And unknown to many, Best Buy will price match all the major online and offline retailers!

Works as well as the one it replaced, Good graphics and easy to use. No problem setting it up and transferring files from the old one.
