I was last minute shopping for my child's birthday, and unfortunately would not have time to purchase the iPad directly. I was very excited when I found that BestBuy would be able to send me the product I wanted AND deliver it to me before the B-day Party.

Got this for my sister since they enjoy digital drawing but didn't want to spend so much on other expensive devices. It does what an ipad should do, and if you want you can get the apple pen which we did for digital drawing. No issues so far.

It was a beautiful pad, and I was learning about it, and really having fun. Then I had to call an ambulance for a problem with my heart, my iPad was stolen by an EMT! Who would have thought. Ian still very sad about it.

Shipping was delayed due to COVID and the amount of snow, it arrived 2 days later which was a given. Other than that, everything was good. It came in perfect condition, I wanted to gift myself with a graduation present since I never had a “real” IPad lol.

We needed a bigger iPad but didn’t want to get a refurbished like we’ve done in the past. This was completely worth it. Just a $100 difference!

Great curbside service. I got to the store before it opened. Was planning togoin the store and get it.. A curbside service guy asked me what I needed. It was a small Chromecast device. He looked it up and went and got it. He made a sale saved me another trip.

Ipad newest version is a really nice tablet computer for both media consumption as well as occasional office work...povided you have a keyboard attached to it at that time. Otherwise it can be a little too hard to do standard office chores

LOVE LOVE LOVE this iPad! I had a MacBook pro prior to this iPad for school. I wanted something more compact, so I got this and it does everything I need it to do! Wasn't in stock when I purchased, but delivery date was faster than projected. Thank you Bestbuy!

It's an iPad, what else is there to say? It is what it is, which is pretty good. I like the way it took some of the phone configuration automatically so it was easier to set up. I think you really have to get a case, and the Apple ones are a little pricy.

first time was a horror show by a independent delivery service they used, they left without puting washer and dryer in home[they were HIGH told them to leave]. They came today, BEST BUY DELIVERY CERW, OSICL DIAZ WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAPPY CUSTOMER

Purchased this for my daughter for her 30th birthday gift. She loves it because it can be used anywhere . She said it’s like having a portable home computer when it is used with the folding keyboard . And her iPhone interacts with it . Great product

It has been working very well for my wife and 4 year old son. It has a lot of memory for downloading movies, and the video quality is really nice.

It arrived on time and was easy to set up. I'm pleased with this product. I do wish the battery lasted longer and that it charged faster, but I've been uainh it a lot and using apps that suck the battery life so it's understandable.

My go-to for reading, checking email, and social media. Also great for pictures and accessing apps. Light weight and similar to earlier models.

These devices are so wonderfully convenient. I helped my neighbor got this all set up for my elderly neighbor to take with her to Spain and stay in touch with her family here in the states. She has been safe and able to stay in touch because of this device.

Kept trying to avoid apple, but they really do.provide great long lasting quality products. This is replacing an iPad 4, which I've had for about a decade. Great product and good price through BB during the holidays. Shipping was also fast and reliable.

I love how I can easily navigate. One caution.. don’t forget your passcode. Write it down. After 3 attempts and it will lock you out. Only one way to get in. Connect to a computer are other device. It will delete all the data and have to reload.

This iPad works great. Best Buy has a price match guarantee and a veteran's discount which I appreciate. I've been using the iPad for about 6 months without one issue. I love it.

Apple products are excellent know matter where you get them from. A BestBuy associate helped me pick put the IPad that would work for what I wanted to do, took me upfront, and got me rung up and out the door I went in less than 10 minutes. Thank you.
