  • Don’t Plan on Using FaceTime

    This iPad worked until the 14.5 update. Since then I have been having issues with FaceTime and other video chatting apps staying connected. Apple support has been useless. This is apparently an issue with the newer iPads, including iPad Pro. Check out the Apple support community. You will find many others with the same issue and the same response from Apple. I am very disappointed since the reason I bought this in the first place was so that my daughter can communicate with her friends during the pandemic. It has been months of going back and forth with Apple support and still no solutions. So, if you plan on using this iPad for video calls or FaceTime, you will be disappointed. I would definitely not recommend purchasing this or any of the other newer iPads until Apple resolves the issue. At this point they haven’t even acknowledged the issue. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    I’m essentially using this as an extension of my existing IPhone. My objective is to use my iPad throughout the day and only use my iPhone when I leave or when it’s necessary. In that regard it does exactly what I want it to. As a longtime Android user I have to admit that the Apple ecosystem’s ease of use is pretty impressive.

    I purchased 2 iPads online from the Canoga Park store and within an hour they were ready for pickup, easy processes, helpful staff.

    Apple IPad Set up and data transfer was seamless Always hated switching items for this reason alone. Set up time was less than 20 minutes

    Accidentally purchased the wrong iPad as a gift. My niece wanted the new iPad Pro. Had to exchange, but there was nothing wrong with the product.
