    I am never disappointed with any Apple products to be honest and I have always been a fan. Clearly, the only negative is price. It’s expensive.

    This is a very good iPad. It was much better than the mini I owned before. It's lasted quite a while, and is great for basic things like internet and reading. You may want to try a better model for expanded capabilities if you have high-end needs.

    The iPad has become the "go to" device for both of my parents. This is their primary news source. Easy to use FaceTime makes video calls easy.

    Enjoy the product. Would have liked more help with getting a new I phone for my wife. She carries a medical app for her pace maker. Currently has I phone 7. Currently have AT&T plan and was told by sales person that he could not help me transfer data since I had at&t plan. He suggested I go to apple store. He did show me the phones.
