    The item is great just what we wanted. My problem is with the Best Buy team and the delivery system. I was told to wait for an email in order for me to pick up my item. The email never came. I waited and eventually drove to the store to see why I was not contacted. When there I was informed that they just neglected to email and they gave all the "black" Ipads to another customer. I was then stuck getting a rose color one. I accepted it since it was days before Christmas. I should have at the very least compensated with a small gift card or something; however, no one seemed to care and their customer service was unprofessional. Very disappointing.

    I had to buy a new one because my previous one died, and I had to move some critical emails over to the new one. So now I have updated technology, which is a good thing. I just hope this one lives longer then three years.
