I bought this to replace an old iPad. It is lighter weight and much faster than my old one. Set-up was extremely intuitive and easy to do.

I purchased the iPad 8th gen as an upgrade to my kids' iPad mini 4 which they've had for 4+ years (still work great). The bigger size is a plus! The non-laminated screen may be a "downgrade" from the iPad mini but I don't notice it nor does it bother me/us. The screen is bright and the sound from the speakers is clear. Overall a good buy! I actually went and purchased another one a few weeks after purchasing the first iPad 8th gen. Now we have 2!

Cant beat the price for this great ipad, I had an ipad pro and sold it within a year couldnt get used to the size, this works better for me.

The new iPad purchased at Best Buy is working very well. It has some newer updates and seems to hold a charge longer. The price was competitive and the sales representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained the functions that may be slightly different from the previous and older model that was being used prior to this purchase. I highly recommend purchasing various items from Best Buy as I have always found them fairly priced and interactions with the sales staff an excellent encounter.
