    It was a transaction. I sent money and Best Buy sent merchandise. No problem, but nothing extraordinary. The merchandise is fine, but Best Buy can’t claim credit for that, and I’m satisfied with the purchase. But ever since placing the order and continuing to this survey, Best Buy has pestered me about something or other. I’m not a loyal customer. I’m not their new best friend. I’m a discriminating shopper who looks for product availability at a good price. But if every purchase from Best Buy comes with this kind of harassment, I’ll think twice next time.
