Works good. Battery life kinda sucks. Ordered online and the packaging was in terrible shape when it arrived. Shipping packaging was open and the original iPad box was all beaten up. But the iPad was in great shape

Finally upgraded to the latest iPad from version 4 and big improvement. However, I reduced star rating because apple censors free speech and no longer offers my favorite independent free thinking apps like parlor, for example. It is no longer available in the app store as it once was. Limited options to hear diverse opinions and interesting perspectives. I am sorry that I went with apple. I bought it for Christmas but censorship began in 2021. I regret paying hundreds of dollars.

The iPad looks good and my kid likes it. However, I got an iPad with a shape different than the one my kid had chosen at the store earlier. I didn't return the iPad because my kid liked it.

I’m not disappointed in the item. But I purchased this item on 12/18/20. I just received this IPad today 1/22/2021. And it was only after I contacted the Post Office to track. Very disappointed. Joy

Nothing extraordinary, but the charging cord. IS WAY TOO SHORT AND IT IS A DIFFERENT END THAT CONNECTS TO THE WALL PLUG, THE END FOR IPAD IS SAME, END TO WALL PLUG ANDROID SHAPE

Somehow I forgot my password to my new i-Pad. I wrote it down but apparently I messed it up. Because of work I have not been able to go back to the store (Mentor OH) to try to get it resolved. Googled it, and it said to hook it up to my computer to get it reset...of course I'm not able to do it with the charger cord that came with the i-Pad. I have not been able to use it for almost 2 weeks....hopefully I will be able to go tomorrow. Disappointing. Maybe after I am able to actually use it I can give a better review.

I don't know what went wrong, it couldn't succeed when I first started booting. I forgot how many times I tried me, more than ten times. But in the end I successfully entered the system.

Bought open boxed description said it had all items but when I got it , all it had was the iPad. No charger or cord. But pad was in great condition like described

Quite easy to setup nd coinfigure. My kids will be using this one during their remote schooling. If there is a complaint its due the slight delay with the delivery

This is the third survey of this single purchase. Poor expectations followed by inconsistent services are cause for much consternation and aggravation. I am amazed that a company that has been in business this long in the field of IT... does not have it together better. Misunderstandings led to my giving up the tax I paid on the refunded portion of the order. Your 'Price Guarantee' therefore means nothing as I paid tax on monies never used toward purchase. Enough.

Nice but always have problems with the buttons. They need to improve on that. You have to always keep pressing until it opens.

I returned it due to the high cost and I purchased a Fire 10 instead. It suits my needs better than the IPad
