Disappointed

I was not impressed at all with the iPad. I actually returned it and bought the new Samsung Galaxy tablet. I was hoping the iPad would work because I do love my iPhone and I thought having both the same technology would be an advantage. Surely, the disadvantage of the quality of picture far outweighed any advantages.

We have not been able to use it much. We are disappointed that Best Buy has not offered to show us how to use the iPad. I have service plans with the Geek Squad: I would like to make an appointment with the Geek Squad to show us how the iPad works? Frustrated Customer. Will review again when you show us how to use it! Thanks

Tried to buy in store but even with 10 employees working only 1 was able to help. That took 30 minutes. ultimately left and purchased online from another location…..it was ready to 10 minutes ipad gets a 5 Best Buy gets a 2

My 5 year old uses this tablet and I've already had to replace it once because it wasn't charging correctly after about 8 months and now it seems to be doing the same thing again.
