Having some issues freezing up and it’s supposed to be brand new

it is about what i expected and at about the price as elsewhere

The battery life is so so. Other than that its been okay!

decent, not great, not awful. It plays games pretty well.

Good average product, easy to set up. My wife likes it.

Haven’t opened it yet. Need to get help setting it up

I just purchased it Nov. and not been used everyday but the screen remains black & unable to restart though siri still working . I tried all those you tube advice how to fix it but doesn't work . I cant imagine that this Apple iPad has poor quality .

It's okay when you're not locked out!! I will never purchase another apple product. I have been locked out of my iPad for months. I don't have another computer to hook up to.

I have had great luck with most Apple products, but this iPad just did not work very well. Was very slow to respond to touch, sometimes just unresponsive. iMessage simply refused to work no matter what. I checked every setting multiple times. Reset it and started over a number of times but nothing seemed to make it work. After spending hours on it over a couple of days I ended up returning it. Back to my old iPad - which works fine. Might try a iPad Air 4 next time I upgrade.

Great I Pad Does all that say. Apple makes a great item as usual and the color and size of the screen and picture is great. I would recommend this product for all.

I bought 2 iPad for my kids on July 4 and they said the shipment expect to arrive by July 7. I waited from July 7 doesn’t receive the package then up to July 9th still no package at all. I was very disappointed how Best Buy handle with shipment. Up till this day July 17, which is over a week late still doesn’t receive any package of the iPad yet. Very unsatisfied with the overall. Almost 2 weeks late still no iPad for the kids.

I tried to go back to Apple, and just couldn't do it. On this product, for the high price tag, it should be USB-C and a high refresh rate. Even without that, the aspect ratio is horrible for media consumption. The interface is clunky and unintuitive. Apple silicone may be getting really good, but the software is years behind Android.

It came defective. Best Buy was absolutely no help in resolution. Apple sent box to send back for "REPAIR". It was a birthday present. Totally disappointed all around.

Great Apple product and quick pick up. Just received a bill for a security service that I did not order. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed I really thought Apple had better products. iPad is very limited and apple store is missing many key apps I use. I found out that the reason the apps are not available is because Apple is censoring its customers or does not allow third party apps. This will be my last apple product I will every buy. I need a device that can do everything not just what Apple will let me do. I'll stick with Samsung.

I actually have to contact someone because I was charged for two ipads on different dates although I only purchased one. So, either its a clerical mistake or your site is breached...either way...I lost money I didn't have. That is a big no no! When they did take the item out to be picked up by my husband, they didn't ask for proof id...nothing. The items themselves are fine though and the process was simple.

It’s getting the worst score!!! if I could give a negative, I would!!! It’s because it took a month to get!!! Best Buy better think again before shipping anything though the post office,, because of this I will “never””ever” order anything from Best Buy again!!! I bought it on Dec 7th,, It should of been a Christmas present,, but it never made it until the New Year!!!
