I’ve been using a IPad Mini 2 for many years, appreciating its compact size and light weight. But as the years rolled by two things happened. The Mini was not able to incorporate all the new and updated iPad features and I needed a larger workspace and a brighter, sharper screen. The iPad 8 does all that and more. A solid investment as far as I’m concerned!!!

After making an appointment; at another unnamed store which took me 4 days to schedule (first available), to have my iPad checked, standing in line for an hour despite my appointment, I was told that my iPad can’t be fixed and I will need to replace with it with a new iPad or a refurbished iPad. I asked how we move forward with replacement and I was told I will need to order online and have the iPad mailed to me or make another appointment after purchase and come back in 3-5 days to pick up at the store. Needless to say, I left and went home to order online. Once ordered, I was told delivery would be in 3 weeks. I cancelled the order, completely frustrated at this point. I then looked at Best Bye, I ordered my iPad with the option to have next day delivery. This order was placed around 8pm on Thursday evening and I had my iPad in my hands the following morning at no additional cost. I will look to make all my purchases at Best Bye from here on.

There is nothing better then an Apple iPad. I own other products by other makers but they don't compare to an iPad. I travel for a living and it is perfect for making the hours fly by! So in conclusion, there really isn't any better product out there if your looking for a tablet. The Apple iPad will make you a very happy customer! The more memory the better!
