The quality is intentionally poor so that you are forced to upgrade. The technology is great and the ease of use is great. We all continue to purchase their products, even after they throttle them, and use parts that only work a certain number of times, so I guess we're the silly ones.

Great Value

Excellent condition upon arrival and I ordered one day and received it the next. I was able to set it up perfectly on my own following Apple’s instructions on line to transfer all my data from my old iPad. I love it. I have a Mobile Hot Spot that I use for my Eu Fi and it works great! I can also use my personal hot spot on my iPhone but just for browsing. I would highly recommend this iPad!
