This is a replacement for my iPad7 that I accidentally dropped and cracked the screen. I know, ouch. But the new one seems faster and is just as effortless. What I especially love is how easy it is set up. The data transfers seamlessly from the old to the new saving a lot of trouble and it still supports the Apple Pencil.

Great IPad for the Price!

Also love the rose gold color and the screen size. Everything works perfectly and we’re happy with what we got for the price we paid. Highly recommend if you want an iPad but don’t need all the extra storage and technology of the newer versions.

Fast Processor but that is just about it

Everything is pretty much the same except the following: *Faster processor handles iPadOS better *Supports Pencil and keyboard cases *Faster charger included in box There are a few cons. The 32GB really isn't enough storage space. It is more of an entry level, so I definitely recommend getting the higher GB if you can afford it. Also, this doesn't support Pencil 2 or newer Magic Keyboard cases, so if you are needing this, you may want to upgrade to the next Ipad up. This was a gift for my mother-in-law and it fits her needs perfectly since she is old-school and doesn't need anything fancy.

iPad and digital art

I did the research and the iPad came out on top for performance and price. The iPad performs extremely well for digital drawing. I also use it to browse the internet and watch videos. It works fast and has a long battery life. I highly recommend this purchase.

8th-Generation iPad is a must-have!

This size is very manageable especially for traveling. I am thrilled with all the new functions particularly the night shift feature, the retina display, the enhance photo editing. All-day battery life is a fantastic perk! I will be purchasing another soon for a graduating gift.

Great for first time IPad!

Paired with an Apple Pencil (1st gen) and and apple keyboard Smart Cover makes it the best way to do most everything you’d find yourself needing to do throughout the day! Although I own an iPhone and MacBook, i find myself mainly using this IPad for everything I’d use my iPhone and MacBook for while at home, including texting, browsing entertainment, and now drawing. Learning the keyboard shortcuts for switching apps and navigating safari has also greatly enhanced the already great experience the stand-alone IPad had given me. Multitasking is amazing! Overall would recommend this model. Especially for someone new to IPad or someone who doesn’t need the IPad Pro for some serious work

Perfect gift for anyone

I got an earlier model years ago for gaming and still easy to use the upgrades are impressive. Clear optic and audio for pictures, music movies whatever. This new purchase was for my year and a half old granddaughter. Get a safe case...great for toddler learning sites, games and of course FaceTime!!
