I just wanted something simple. I already have the 12.9, but having this is convenient. As long as I have good WiFi this all I need. Very light as opposed to the 12.9. Not a high price to pay either. I’ve seen them for as low as $299.00, but I got mind for $319.00, regular price is $329.00.

Bought this for my husband, he needed to upgrade his older iPad. He loves it, especially the increased processing speed. The bigger screen is great. And as always, being a Mac, it is very user friendly. Best Buy had a great price on this and the no interest financing made it easy to purchase now.

I love my new apple-10.2-inch iPad. Easy to set up and, so far, I am not having any trouble using it. I am a senior citizen and new technology tends to make things harder, at time. I am very happy I decided to get a newer version of the iPad. It is very light weight. Love that, too.

First of all, I am mainly an android user and i don't own any other apple products. I also have not created an apple ID account prior to this purchase. the tablet itself is great in terms of build quality, design, and touch responsiveness. As far as accessories go, i was a little disappointed that it didn't come with a cable that connected with a standard usb port, instead comes with the apple lightening cable end that only connects to apple computers or the included charging block. My main gripe was the registration process when first booting up. THE FOLLOWING MAINLY APPLIES TO NEW APPLE USERS WHO DON'T HAVE PREEXISTING APPLE ID ACCOUNT. It took me about an hour to stumble upon the fix, but i kept getting an error that says, “Your iPad could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable." If you find yourself getting this error, go back to the page where you enter the cloud id and password, then hit the button that says forgot password. Somewhere on the following page, there will be an option to "skip cloud login for now" [i forget exact wording but look for "skip"]. After doing so, you will be allowed to complete the startup process and proceed to the homescreen and use the tablet as intended. I hope that helps some new apple users from the 45-1hr of headaches.

I'm upgrading from a IPad mini 2 -- I love the speed, size and clarity of the screen! I've had no problems with the Wi-Fi connection and it has nice sound. I highly recommend this IPad :)

The latest edition is pretty fast. Watching movies and shows have been pretty smooth and have not faced any issues. The battery life is impressive as well. The only thing I would have loved is for it to be a little more slim which is what I heard the 9th generation iPads are going to be.

This replaced the 5th Generation IPad. The screen is larger and the battery life is so much longer. Have not noticed that many major differences between the two. Now that I am retired I use my IPad for reading the novels I put aside for my career. It will definitely get quite a workout.

Crystal clear optics!..blazing speed!...great for artist utilizing drawing apps...color scheme is outstanding..family hues are distinct but individually vibrant...best ipad for digital art enthusiasts...also, the price was the lowest i've seen in-store and online..definitely recommend!

This iPad replaces my mini iPad from 5 years ago. I love it! My old one was sluggish so I’m not used to pages and graphics loading faster on the new one. Good quality, looks nice, lightweight, and works great! Bigger models are now cheaper then the minis - so the price was perfect.

I love this iPad. The screen is large enough so it’s not a strain on your eyes when reading (I wear reading glasses and don’t need them with this device). The purchase was easy and the options given for payment is a huge bonus. Thinking of obtaining another one for My Love.

I bought this as a present for my parents who use it for basic internet surfing and to FaceTime grandkids on a bigger screen rather than their iPhones. They seem to enjoy it and the 32 GB is fine for all they use it for. They don't do anything that would require any special features or upgraded capabilities for their needs. My dad will probably max out the storage with photos but he can always pay Apple $1 monthly for more storage once he gets to that point. After gifting this to my parents, I will probably buy one for my family next because the portability is really nice and something that I didn't really consider until after trying out my parent's gift. Myself and my parents are happy with the screen size as well, not too small and still light as the larger screens are a little heavier. I would definitely recommend and may buy one myself soon as I mentioned!

I love everything about this iPad! I’m going to college soon and couldn’t decide on which one to get, but this definitely is the one. No need for spending double on the Air 4 or the Pro as this one does everything you need wir amazing battery life and affordable price.

The item was purchased as a gift to be used for emailing, surfing the web and games. It’s a perfect purchase for those ideas. The person who got it was very happy with the purchase, and the set up was very easy. Lightweight and easy to carry. Definitely a good gift!

I love my new iPad! It works great and is very fast. I replaced my old iPad because I needed more storage. Transferring the data from my old to my new was so easy. It is a bit heavier than I thought it would be but I like the bigger screen. I will only by Apple products!

So apple never seems to amazingly surprise me . This was intended for my daughter , long story short I swapped out and gave her my Mac Pro ,,,,,,,OMG , It’s so light weight fits in to mostly all my pocketbooks playing games pictures shopping DONE I Love it!!!!!

Picked this up for kids X-mas Gift. Last ipad i used was the Original Air. Beside for the yearly Processor Upgrade. this version has a slightly bigger screen. Better battery life compare to all 2020 ipads models, Yet being the Cheapest Model. Perfect for what i needed.

I retired from education and had to give up the iPad that was provided. This iPad is fast and meets my needs for home use. It was easy to set up and is light weight. I am very satisfied at the price since when I was buying iPads for my children the cost was so much more.

Love the iPad and even better that Best Buy matched the price. Size is perfect for taking notes at work and watch some Netflix. Easy to carry in my bag and have very good battery life. Totally recommend the prodcut. Plus, the Apple Pen works amazing!

Upgraded, my previous iPad was four years aloof and slow. This iPad’s display is really great and it processes so quickly. It’s sleek and so simple to use. For the price, it’s great for streaming and browsing, and playing some games. Also use it as a fourth screen for work.

My last iPad was a version 2. This new one was a breath of fresh air. Whereas I'm used to face recognition on my phone, I assumed this one would have that, but it did not. So I was a little disappointed in that aspect. It also doesn't ever recognize my thumb so I have to put in the code to open every time. Then beyond that, it's amazing. Sleek, fast, so many things it can do. I wish I had gotten more memory, but the cloud helps. I love the way it works with my Apple Pencil. Drawing is my favorite thing to do so it works very well for this.
