Great stuff, but requires great care

Wish the screen is tempered glass, or apple truly provides specific details of its construction. If you drop it, it's done. They crack very easily that's why I don't think they are tempered. All is stated is "oleophobic coating." I mean for the price range, I expect at least a high-quality glass screen that protects it from shortfalls or light objects falling onto it. Best to get a tempered glass screen protector with it. I have replaced 4 screens already in 1 year from my family and close friends, so yes these are delicate stuff and if the screen was made with durable glass, it wouldn't be so common to have cracks.

Still figuring out some of the differences but overall I like the iPad. Of course it can easily communicate with my MacBook. My only wish would be that some of the MacBook app's were also available for iPad but that's not the fault of Apple.

Old tablet ironically stopped charging...

This was a replacement for the 7th gen tablet (I believe) which had stopped holding a charge. that one lasted from Christmas 2017 until late 2020 ironically (apple care expired) so I had decided to purchase a new one in order to avoid feeling ripped of 250+ with no warranty for battery replacement. She's happy non the less.
