Good, but overpriced since it has only 32GB Memory. Memory is cheep these days but not for apple: gives only 32GB. 32GB was impressive 7 years ago but not now...

I purchased this for my granddaughter after she admired my iPad generation7. The price was reasonable and delivery swift. This performs many functions and is easy to use. The displays on screen are clear and colors vibrant and the camera is easy to use, with nice pictures. It’s a winner!

I'm so glad that Best Buy carries Apple products. Love this iPad. It's great for Zoom meetings and everything else. The screen is big enough to see everyone on my Zoom meetins.

I absolutely love this iPad!! I got the gold, the battery life is amazing! I have had other tablets but the battery life wasn't the best the screen quality was iffy.

Bought this for my 16 year old as a Christmas gift. So far no problems, he loves it. I like that he is also able to do school work on it since he is in virtual school.

Actual user of iPad notes that it is colorful and bright. Battery life is good. Being asked about memory space and Apple Pay are pesky. Color wanted was not available.

my mother in law likes it. She uses it for zoom meetings for school and plays games on it. The only issue we had was the shipping communication between best buy and the shipper was terrible. Not to mention you can't change shipping locations without ordering a new ipad. The product is great though!

Everything was perfect....iPad arrived when it was supposed to. I even received 2 iPads by mistake and when I took one of them back to the Winston-Salem, NC store, everyone at Custom Service was absolutely wonderful and very professional but mostly, they helped get my refund back for the second iPad.

Great beginners and education ipad. It has all the power of ios 14 and is apple pencil enabled. A little disappointed that it only used the first generation apple scale but It is still a great drawing and note-taking experience. Highly recommended for school and education settings. Amazing value!

The COVID-19 required an affordable option to stay in touch and conduct business with our constituency. The purchase of the Apple iPad and the ease in setting up was affordable, easy to set up did not require a long learning curve. It was also the right size to conduct teleconference meetings.

Comes with iOS 14 out of the box. 32GB storage is good for a small amount of storage-heavy games or full video. Somewhat heavy in hand, so a case with a stand is recommended. Otherwise suitable for all usage cases from graphic design, gaming to pseudo-laptop with the right peripherals. No real flaws to note

I find this a great companion to chromebook for our kids remote learning. The interactive touch for some assignments alleviates stress for them compared to a chromebook touch pad and keyboard. Also gives them the ability to just use for entertainment which is not as comfortable with a chromebook.

This Apple 10.5 inch ipad is perfect. It is fast and the customer service at Best Buy is the BEST! I had the Geek Squad help me to get my email downloaded from my PC and they did it in a couple of minutes. That is why I buy all of my tech from BestBuy. Very happy with this ipad!!
