I've been working from home since March 2020 due to covid. I found myself distracted with social media on my iphone. In an attempt, to stay focused on work, I bought this ipad & only downloaded music apps. It's helped a lot. I don't touch my phone during my shift.

Bought this for myself as a Christmas gift and I was not disappointed. This is the last version of the iPad that actually still has the home button which I am not ready to let go of with all the new versions without.

My girls are really enjoying them. excellent quality. Quick delivery to my home. Availability (other sites did not allow to purchase more than one). My only concern is that only received one each of the trials for apple music, apple news, apple tv. Although you can get the trial online.

Still going strong. Lots of memory. I really prefer the previous iOS touch method to bring up the scroll through screen for changing apps. However, that is not the fault of this product. I plan on having this for many many years.

This standard iPad 2020, gen 14, is my first Apple product in 35 years of using Microsoft PCs and limited-but-indestructible Kindle readers and Fire tablets. After hearing for decades how superior and user-friendly Apple hardware is by comparison, I was shocked that I couldn't figure out the iPad on my own and had to sift through Apple Support and the web to find instructions for nearly everything I wanted to do! The second myth that crumbled is how Apple products "just work." None of the devices in our household have a problem with our wi-fi, but when I leave the den where the router is, the iPad's reception plummets. In the bedroom or family room, just a few yards away, it takes a full minute to load the Apps Store and frequently drops the signal entirely! The third unpleasant revelation is how demanding Apple is about getting the user's personal information. To log in to the device for the first time, I had to create an Apple ID using my true first and last names and birthdate--facts I have never had to share with Microsoft. Apple wouldn't allow me to download the free iPad User Guide without an iTunes account. ITunes solicitations popped up in the middle of the screen with escalating rapidity, even after I deleted the app! I would have forgone purchasing anything in their various online storefronts rather than give Apple my address, phone, and credit card information, but the badgering interruptions got to me and I finally caved! Despite all, I am mightily impressed by how much real work one can do on a mere tablet when using Apple's built-in productivity apps. I bought the iPad looking specifically for dependability, privacy, and utility, and while it utterly failed on the first two, I am sold on the apps. I am sorry I must return this unit with the wonky receiver, and in case it is a common defect, I will wait a few months. But then I plan to buy the same model iPad and hopefully get a right one.

Such a great deal in purchasing this Apple product. To have so much GB space for taking pictures,downloading music and movies. This is an amazing, outstanding gift for myself. I’m so thrilled to be able to use this for many projects to achieve without the use of a notebook computer.

Bought it recently for my sister to get on for online classes. She is just 10 so far and so there was no need for anything over the board. This iPad handles daily zoom calls excellently and is easy to use for a toddler; getting a laptop would be too complicated for her to use.

Was putting off getting an iPad. Did a lot of research. Picked this one and love it. Features great. Aluminum casing, glass and buttons all precise. I charge it with the included lightning cable, use a gen 1 Apple pen and AirPods Pro. Great experience. Happy with this one all around.

I purchased two for my daughters and they are so happy with their Ipads. They use them every day and delighted to learn something new with them. They prefer the Ipads over a laptop. I am so happy I made the right choice to purchase these Ipads for my daughters.

I have bought 3 of these apple iPad this month. That is because they are so good. I had to get one for my mother who is elderly but she is very savvy and is enjoying her new tablet. My son also got this same iPad and he takes it everywhere. So its safe to say that we love Apple ipad.

Just what we were looking for. Got this for a Christmas gift for my 90 year old dad. He had one but it would no longer update so he was unable to use the new my chart to talk with his doctors. We also showed him how to use FaceTime so with COVID he gets to talk to family and friends.

This was a gift for my dad for Christmas. He’s had the iPad 2 since 2013 and it was time to replace it. Ofcourse, he loved this new iPad. These products always have a long life as long as you take care of it. Can never go wrong with apple products. Bought one for myself as well :)

The iPad continues to be just an excellent device, and the entry level one, which this is, usually suffices for most folks in this age of "the cloud". There's really not much that could be improved! Whether you're an iPhone user or an Android user, this is an excellent tablet.

Much faster than my old iPad. 4 stars because I had to buy a new one since they stopped support for old version and I couldn’t update anything. Money grab.

Great Product, Good Value, Versatile - easily used a home or office. Easily works with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator. Apple Pencil is a nice additional tool for detail drawing, as well as ability to write, sketch and add comment in different Apps. Would buy again.

Could not have purchased a better product. Great resolution, great sound. Husband has little computer experience. This has been a true joy for him. He has this on day and night researching and studying. If there were more stars to rate I would give double allowed.

My new iPad, which replaced one several years old, is fantastic. I was able to transfer my pics and other files easily. Some of the apps that are included are ones that I will never use but they don’t get in the way either. The only app that I did wish was standard is Google Maps.

I have always loved the simplicity of Apple’s iPad. My grandparents are in their 80s and were worried about learning this technology however they got it down in about a day. They also appreciate how easy it is for me to adjust the text size for them to make it easier to read.

Very satisfied with my purchases on line from Best Buy. Purchased two Ipads. Also purchased apple care for them as well. Purchased cases for each of the Ipads. I received my purchased on time. Received updates on shipping date and when they arrived.All items were packaged well.
