Purchased this IPad in Rose Gold. Love the color!! Set up was super easy. Graphics on the IPad are excellent. For the money, you can’t beat this IPad. Very pleased with the value for the product.

Apple has always been our families choice for technology, and this iPad is no exception. We love how our devices are all easily connected and the user interface allow us to share our photos and videos easily. An easy choice for us.

I bought this for my man, and he was so happy. His old IPad screen broke and when I gave him the new one he was surprised. It was so easy to set up. He just placed his iPhone in front of it and it transferred everything from his phone to to the IPad.

My girls uses their Ipads more than their MacBooks now. They are much better for when we are on the go. They were a great purchase.

It was hard for me to find this product but of course Best Buy saved me. It was also a really fast purchase (every place gave me at least until Jan 19 and in Best Buy I got it within a week) and the service was also on point. 10/10 would recommend.

I love my new i-pad. The service people at Best Buy are so knowledgeable and helpful. I have been back to the store for help from them several times. They are so patient with me. I am technologically challenged. They are friendly and kind.

Still the only tablet worth buying! For the price you get a ton of quality both in the hardware and software. We got this for my mom and she’s not tech savvy at all but iOS is so simple she has little trouble using her new iPad.

Great iPad but not enough memory (32gb) had to exchange for 128gb. I rather pay more for the 128g but great overall Love it

This is my first effort with an Apple product. I've used android technology successfully for many years. Apple presents a learning curve which is challenging at times. Right now I'm overloaded with codes and passwords. I'm not sure this switch was good for a forgetful, technically challenged 83-year old. If someone sat by my side and walked me through some of the basic instructions, I would probably do better. I want to love my iPad. Hopefully that will happen when I master the change.

This was purchased as an upgrade to my wife's Ipad Mini, which needed to be replaced after many years. Salesman at Best Buy couldn't have been more helpful when making my purchase, and helped me make my choice. Teriffic upgrade.

Not too bad for the price as an entry level into iPads. But you should spring for the higher storage one.

It stays connected to the Internet better than my old one! I am able to get the newer IOS updates with this model which allows me to get answers on products I am looking at. I like it because it has 32 GB. It is a very nice iPad.

So far I am loving my iPad! The staff was very helpful with getting me something that would work for school. It makes note taking easy for me especially having online school. And delivery only took one day! It came so quick which I loved!

Excellent product even though there are other options more price competitive. For those who love ios products, this is a no brainer for regular browsing and basic work tasks.
