It’s an Apple Product and it works out of the box. My daughter love to have her own iPad instead of using my iPad

Great iPad. I use it for my photo booth and zoom meetings. I should have gotten a little bit more gig size.

We load videos of our worship services to the iPad and loan it out to church members who don't have computers so they can view our streamed services. The 32GB iPad is the perfect tool for this purpose and a good value.

Great device if you need a tablet. We use it for our digital exercise programs and it's great. Not the cheapest tablet out there, but it just plain works for what you want. If you like the apple ecosystem, this is it.

I bought this for my mother in law. And i love that it still has the home button. She enjoys it too and the price so reasonable. This is good for little kids too because they don’t need super hi tech ipads.

Perfect ipad for me. I read the paper, check the news, and play games on this Ipad. The screen is bright and clear. No reason to spring for the Ipad Air for twice the price. Bought screensaver and cover for the unit.

It is easy to use. Purchased it for 94 year old lady. It looks very nice. The price was pretty good.

My family bought it for my Mothers birthday to substitute her older one, it was getting slow and aged. This iPad was definitely a great gift, she doesn't really even enjoy apple products but fell in love with the iPad.

It is a really good iPad, not so expensive (coming from Apple) and it has been of really good use in these times.

Delivery was VERY fast. The I pad was easy to set up and get started. This was a replacement for my wife's Ipad 4. She's thrilled to have one that works. She has a smart phone but using the IPad is so much better.

Nice update from the previous version. The processor makes the tablet more responsive and overall a nicer experience

Bought as gift for my husband for Christmas , very happy with the purchase except for it went on sale for 279.99 and I paid 329.99 the day before. Didn’t know how to change it so I feel like I paid too much but he loves it.

Good product poor storage capacity. Samsung got better for storage capacity and compatibility with external drives.

Shipper lost the first order. Best Buy sent another one within a couple days & it arrived before the estimated delivery date. Quality product, has the features we wanted and have had no problems with the device.

A solid value for the price you pay. This tablet offers much of the same features as the Pro and Air models for much less money. It's a perfect entry level tablet for anyone who'd like one that doesn't break the bank.

Purchased to replace an old, broken iPad. Works great. I use it for work, using the internet, excel and apps for my job. Kids use it for games and movies. No issues so far, happy with my purchase.
