Very good service. Nice product. Gave the IPad 8th generation as a gift for a disabled person who loves it.

I love my new iPad! It is perfect for me. I have a MacBook Pro from 2006, but it is too old and is not supported for current new technologies. This new iPad meets my needs to connect using these updates.

Had to wait in a long line to pay for the iPad,You did not have the best price but you would not match this product. I want to buy a Apple phone but you were over priced on that too & would not match Sams price.

I purchased this for my high school student daughter. She needed something reliable, versatile, and mobile. This checks all the boxes. She uses it for school, but also for gaming apps and video chats with her friends.

Does what it needs to do. We use these for our Field Service techs and it fits all the of our needs

Just love iPads, my older one was slow and acting up. It wasn't available for updates, I had it for years so it was time to replace it. I use this for work and personal also.

My husband enjoys his iPad. It's just what he wanted. He's able to facetime with his family and friends and take amazing pictures. That's the highlight of his life. The joy of retirement.

Great product, but as a first-time user of Apple products, the learning curve is a little steep. The photos I've taken with the iPad have been great. I'm still in the learning all the features and functions.

Bought for myself but my 3 year old has taken over it. Love the variety of apps for him and the guided access is a HUGE plus for little guys.

I bought two. A new one for me and one for my parents because it’s so easy for seniors to use, I also like how we can FaceTime each other and help them at anytime they need help with anything in their house.

This was purchased as a xmas present so haven't had a chance to hear from the recipient yet; however, I'm sure it will not disappoint as Apple products are simply awesome & most reliable, hence the 5-star rating.

So easy to order on line & drive up to pick up. Very quickly brought out to car. Am giving this as a gift, so can’t really rate quality of the product itself, but am very pleased with cost & ease of purchasing.

The iPad that I bought through Best Buy was just what I expected, It was at my house the next day, so I was very pleased with the transaction. I would use Best Buy again and I would recommend Best Buy to my friends.

Great iPad, wish had more store but it is still better than other tablets.

Great product and Best Buy made the entire process simple. We did curbside pickup and the system for pick up worked extremely well. The Associate was quick in bringing out the product and also very courteous.

The gold is a beautiful color! We only use Apple products in our house because they work great and never have issues. I bought this one as a replacement for my daughters older iPad and she couldn’t be happier!
