An excellent device. We're really grateful that we were able to get two for our kids as they have to do virtual learning for now. Lots of features that make it safe for kids, it's quick and responsive. We're also glad that Best Buy offers the "certified open" option as that saved us a bit of money.

I love it! It’s great especially for kids use, or even adult or teenage use. It’s the perfect size not too big or too small. I enjoy watching movies, playing games on it.

I bought this Ipad to use as I walk on my treadmill. It helps keep my mind occupied as I get in some exercise. My son set it up for me with some streaming that I enjoy. It has a great picture, good sound and fits perfectly on the ledge of the treadmill. I wish I had done this all at the beginning of the lockdown.

I purchased the ipad for my granddaughter’s online classes because she needs to stay connected better than her last tablet. The iPad has a nice picture display and performance to complete basic task and games. I would recommend this IPad to anyone. Bestbuy delivered as Scheduled and I am completely satisfied.

I'm a Mac fan and this model meets my expectations. My last iPad was an older Mini and this newer model offers many technology improvements and the larger size is also nice. Added a small Logitech keyboard and it's almost like having a second MacBook. Still keeping the old mini though since it is great for reading books.

As with all iPads, the quality is impeccable. This one was a replacement for an original iPad 2 that won't update any longer as it's not supported by Apple, so this was a nice upgrade. Fast, super sharp display, solidly built. What we've become accustomed to with Apple products. Happy with the purchase.

I’m a fan of Apple products so it was a no brainer to buy an iPad. Best Buy had the right price for my budget. Order delivered on time and in good condition. I’ve bought plenty of items from Best Buy on line and never had any problems. iPad is easy to set up and use especially if your familiar with Apples other products.

Fast and reliable very easy to use take it on the go

get the ipad activated is quite time consuming. I have my previous ipad dead and I do not have other apple device other than a MAC. I follow the procedures and it is really not easy to activate as it ask you to unlock it using the other apple device, in my case the other ipad. But the ipad i had was already dead. it took quite a bit research to find out a way to activate the new ipad. The ipad is smooth to use once activated. they offer one year apple tv + for free, which is quite nice.
