I had a Geek Squad appointment for my Apple Watch 3. I was greeted by a lovely young woman who asked why I was there. I had several questions which she answered. I determined that it was smarter for me to get a new watch, rather than sending my watch for repair. She suggested that I look at the “open box” watches. She passed me along to another person for a new watch. He was very helpful and informative. I am very happy with the experience and like my new watch.
