    Finally upgraded my girls tablets from the Amazon Fire to this. Got a good durable case (Since these are pricey) and it's definitely an improvement. Easier to use and it integrates into our "Apple Family" which makes parental controls easy. If you kid is going to use it for school then I'd recommend a stylus.
