    Solid Apple product, as usual. Only surprise was that this is replacing an older "classic" iPad, and I assumed this "newer generation" of it would be the same size so I could re-use the old cover. However, this one is same height (in landscape) but slightly larger width, so it's new cover time.

    From my initial phone order, to getting my new apple 10.2 32GB home was an easy and pleasant experience. I arranged to have a meeting with the Geek squad on the day of pick-up. He set up my.new Pad to enable me to use it immediately with my favorite sites . I am enjoying the speed and beauty of the screen images.

    Great experience buying this birthday gift for my dad. Going into the store is typically such a headache but this was the easiest, fastest, and most efficient! I was helped by someone who clearly had my best interest in mind helping me compare prices and ordering. Shipping was quick and my dad loves his ipad!

    This new iPad replaces my Wife's 7 year old iPad. Would not have replaced her old one, except it was outdated and many App's could not be updated. I have not been able to fully used the new iPad, because I cannot get is out of her hands. But the few times that I have, am please with the new App's now available.

    I'm so glad that Best Buy carries Apple products. Love this iPad. It's great for Zoom meetings and everything else. The screen is big enough to see everyone on my Zoom meetins.

    This was a good tablet for the price and I like the features and fast processing speed we get. Usually on an android you might have to spend around 500 easily for getting this fast device. Only thing I do not like is the display and front of the device which didn't change in years
