The best iPad for the average user. Don’t need a super high resolution display? Don’t care about USB-C? Don’t care about the look of the newer iPad? This is the iPad for you. Being able to have Apple Pencil support is a big plus as well.

The pick-up process was very smooth and the device was in excellent condition. I simply had to drive in to a designated pick-up spot and after indicating on the app that I was there, a representative from the store came out with my order within 10 minutes.

Bought a second iPad for the house. We have a pro but just wanted a second 8th gen for streaming. The location was sold out but luckily for me, there was an open box! The staff member who helped me was the one who noticed. Easy breezy. ❤️

The new iPad was pretty easy to set up once I figured out which password they wanted. I did have a week of links opening at 1/4 the size of the screen, but somehow that has resolved itself. I really like being able to access my websites again!

Great IPad. It’s fast and does the job. I’m really happy with it so far. I bought a protector case to keep it safe and so far so good.

I bought this 10.2 8th generation iPad for my mother and it’s very easy for her to use..and it has a nice big screen which she loves...

I haven’t had it long, but I’ve had no problems with it so far, and the battery life is much better than I expected which is a huge plus.

I think the review writes itself. It's an iPad. If you're depending on reviews to make this purchase, you're living under a rock. Apple clearly is the leader among tablets. If you want the best, entry level model, this is the right choice.

This 32Gb iPad is for my son we purchased it for his birthday. It goes with him everywhere Bathroom, Dinner Table you name it. So I know its money well spent. The touch screen is sooooo responsive in comparision to the iPad mini he upgraded from.

I wish there had been better instructions for operating the ipad. Included was a sheet of paper folded four times with pictures of the ipad and barely any instructions. I know Best Buy has no input in this matter but that is the only complaint I have.

Does a great job for my online teaching needs. Also replaced the need for chalk and marker for in class teaching,

Got this for my mom for chirstmas cause she using a super slow samsung galaxy tabs for years and I felt bad for her, she loves it, every time I visit she's always on it browsing the web or watching YouTube and it seems to be working great

you will not go wrong with any ipad. I purchased this for my mother-in-law. Only issue is with hard drive space - which is an issue for every HD. available is only 28GB. If you need more space then get more HD. Nothing compares to ipads!

Apple has done it again. Made a cost effective tablet still with tons of technology. This is the run-of-the-mill iPad but it is not lacking. With Apple Pencil support best in class other than the pro. This tablet can’t be beat by any other brand

Purchased this IPad in Rose Gold. Love the color!! Set up was super easy. Graphics on the IPad are excellent. For the money, you can’t beat this IPad. Very pleased with the value for the product.

Solid tablet but would like to see Apple bump up the standard storage size, 32 gb goes very quickly with today's apps & games

We are enjoying the Ipad It is so easy to read the Toledo Blade with it. Have been facetiming, which we did not do before. The service Best Buy has given us has been top notch. Dick purchased this as a birthday for me. We both use it! Alice

I bought this for my man, and he was so happy. His old IPad screen broke and when I gave him the new one he was surprised. It was so easy to set up. He just placed his iPhone in front of it and it transferred everything from his phone to to the IPad.

My girls uses their Ipads more than their MacBooks now. They are much better for when we are on the go. They were a great purchase.
