    The help I received in store was great, Guy was very informative , gave me other options even cheaper ones, and also had knowledge of all products. Seemed like he cared about the information and my needs about the said products, and talked me into the need for extended warranty....

    The base iPad is one of the best values on the market in terms of long term OS support and a huge App Library. Excellent tablet for adults and simple to use for children. The only knock I've encountered is some I've run into have dust inside the screen under the top glass.

    The I-pad works well. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that one can not always go back to a preceding page, requiring you to go all the way back to the Google category address and work forward again. As such, I prefer to use my PC if at home, rather than the I-Pad.
