My son bought this iPad for his mom for Mother’s Day gift. She loves it because of the screen size and it is much lighter than the older one she had.

Not having owned an iPad before, I'm still trying to get used to it a bit. This was not available on Amazon, so kudos to Best Buy for having it.

I wished I would have gotten the air since I am used to no home button on my phone but the difference in price is worth the home button...works the same

I had the 2019 pro and the screen broke and Apple wouldn’t honor and I refuse to buy again. So I brought the bargain one for my bike and I’m satisfied.

Good product. The on/off stopped working within 12 months - product was refurbished. Heavy use from a 2 year old.

Then ipad works perfectly fine but i thought it would be bigger. The battery could last a lot longer i always have to keep it plugged in.

I like it, but it will take me a while to get used to everything. So far, I really like the adaptability. The Geek Squad very kind and helpful.

I love this iPad I’ve had no problems can get onto topics that I really want to see. Great memory and definitely let me play games I want to play.

Purchased this iPad for my granddaughter. She loves watching and playing games. Great to keep in car for entertaining kids for while traveling

No problems. Works just fine as expected.The only problem I had was they where supposed to have been in stock at store. But had to order.

It's a little better than the one before but I hate the fact that you have to get another iPad when there is no more updates for the one you have

Works great like it should. It is almost as thick as the old ipad air and I figured it was going to be a bit more slim but that isn't an issue.

Wish I had gotten him at least a 64gb. Can’t do a clean transfer because his old one is a 64gb.

My daughter loves it, It’s great for FaceTime to me and other family members , the games keeps her busy and it great for school wrk as well

It was an open box item and it was in good condition. This is not my first reconditioned purchase from Best Buy...No issues just add insurance

After having a Samsung for a year I thought I would try Apple. I think they are about the same. Was not worth the money for apple.

My mother in law loved it. She’s been wanting a tablet. Glad we can give her this one. It’s an ok tablet. Missing a lot a of features but ok

This is a good budget IPad. The only real issue is the low storage capacity on this base model.

This iPad does not have all the bells and whistles of the other models but gets the job done to keep wife and kids entertained.
