    Was damaged but Best Buy made it better by replacing it. Would have been 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait on the replacement

    Works dood a lot different than our old iPad. It would be nice if it had the white around the screen instead of Black.

    I am not tech savvy. The person who helped us knew all about it and tried to explain how to use it. When we got home I was hopping for a booklet to explain more about the I pod. There was nothing like that. I got it turned on, but as how to use it I have no clue. We are an older couple so this is new to us. I am hoping someone can help us get to know how to use our I pad.

    graphics are much better than old iPad but battery still wears down fast. I only use it for games and nothing else.

    Disappointed that the Targus case I bought with this does not allow this iPad to be rotated ninety degrees.
