My husband bought this for me for Birthday, Being an Apple Customer, I love the latest addition..

My daughter loves it. Just wish I got the one with cellular capability;(

I bought an iPad for my elderly mother and although I've owned many, many iPads, iMacs, iPhones, this time I had to return the product. Too many bells and whistles, changes, etc., that my poor mom (and me) just could not streamline. Not only that, even though I returned the product on day 15 - the guy in charge at the store gave me a hard time about the return. I'd called the BestBuy customer service and spoke to a very nice man who said they would take it back even if I were a few days late. But I wasn't. So I'm conflicted about customer service. Great on the phone, bad in the store. I told the man in the store it was bad for business to have conflicting information presented to their customers. He wanted to give me a store credit, I still don't know what his reasoning was. I insisted on a full refund, which he agreed to do, saying he was doing me a favor. I'll do them a favor and never step foot in that store again.

the one helping me was of little help since I said I wanted the Ipad and the few questions I had he did answer. The main thing that he never offered the apple care warranty for two years. Thankfully I had some help at Best buy and that person was wonderful and took care of it for me and was quite surprised that it was not offered at time of purchase.

This is nice! It’s Capable of performing majority of any task that is asked of it. Highly recommend it.

Easy to travel with and very sensitive. Its scratched easily. the case should be free with the product.

Out of the box space key sticks. Not norm for Apple products or I have been very lucky in the past.

Great for price! Wish it had 120hz display. Also big bezels for 2020 model. Overall pretty good

The iPad I purchased is great for my kids! I can monitor and put parental codes on for them

Bought this for my daughter for school work and fun. Only downside is she won’t put it down.

Overall this iPad is worth the price, but the battery charging took almost 5+ hours from 1% to 100%.

It’s really good for the price, my husband really enjoys using it for Facebook
