    Because of COVID shipping issues my iPad didn’t arrive on time and I had to make other arrangements I would like to praise and thank Best Buy for a fast and easy in store return of purchase. Customer service was great

    I might return it if I get rich and when I write using the Apple Pencil I press the home button occasionally but I fixed that by just switching it to my non dominant hand side other than that it’s a rockin tab

    We got this to replace a gen 2 iPad for my wife. They last a long time but it was starting to not hold a charge for very long. This new iPad works perfectly as expected. Peace and calm have been restored.

    I was long overdue to upgrade from my iPad Air. This latest model is terrific. Transferring from old to new was a snap by placing the two devices side by side. First time getting gold. It is a soft, almost rose, gold.
