While the product was ok the packing was insufficient. Outer box ok but box the IPad was in came crushed as if it was dropped and there was not enough cushion inside

For the cost of these iPads, I feel like you’re getting a great value. My kid had one of these that he used daily, and it lasted well over a year before it crapped out.

Good product and always good purchase experience at Best Buy. I am not thrilled with the Apple operating system, but it's what we needed to run the app we wanted.

Excellent base iPad. Perfect for a child since the size storage is very limited and not expandable.

If you have used the Apple iPad, phone, or computer, you know they are an excellent if expensive product. For those who have not, I would of course recommend them.

Good price and good quality. The only thing I don’t like is when I bought it the Bestbuy didn’t give us the reward or point. However the product is good.

As usual it works well, just like other Apple products. It isn't anything special but good for our 8 year old son once we got a cover for it.

I use my iPad mainly for school and occasionally to play games. It works great, however, I wish the battery wouldn't drain so quickly.

Bought as replcement to my old one that was purchased 5 years ago. Setup is very easy. Just sign in to cloud account and everything from old ipad is up and running.

Great Apple product as usual Apple delivers good processor excellent screen visuals. I however was disappointed with the battery life it could have been better

Exactly as described. Came fast shipping, was slightly disappointed that it was dropped on the porch uncovered while raining, but it didn’t effect it. Pretty color.

Only purchased because my 6th gen was running a little slow. No real difference that I’ve noticed other than running a little better because it’s newer.

The tablet is much faster than the old version. The screen resolution is better. Notice that it is little heavier though. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

All Apple products are great, but I'm disappointed that my old cables don't fit into this new one! They obviously want to force me to buy a bunch of new cables.

This tablet is not nearly as user friendly as my Samsung Galaxy Tablets have been. I have never been able to download properly the Web Root security program I purchased from the Geeks. The one good thing is that Apple has an app for The Atlantic magazine and so I can read it on line along with the New York Times and The Washington Post. Those 3 publications are the only reason I purchased this tablet to replace the trusty but geriatric Samsung. I haven't tried the camera feature

Love Apple Tablets. My 2nd one in under 2 years(one for work, one for Business). Best Buy is always awesome with tech support. So it's always a win win.

Service was quick and I love the ipad I got. I gave only four stars because the sales agent didn't ask what color I wanted. I wanted the gold but got a grey.

My son bought this iPad for his mom for Mother’s Day gift. She loves it because of the screen size and it is much lighter than the older one she had.
